Purchase options exist for two additional Continente markets in Portugal, the completion of which is expected to take place by the end of the year. The total investment volume for all five assets amounts to over 70 million euros. Der Verk\u00e4ufer EDEKA wurde von GrothmannGeiser, M\u00fcnchen, rechtlich beraten.
