DeWert Deutsche Wertinvestment GmbH (DeWert) is a wholly owned subsidiary within the corporate network of the Hahn Group. The licensing and thus the authorization to operate as a capital management company (KVG) pursuant to Sections 18, 20 and 22 of the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB) by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) was granted on April 4, 2014, and expanded on February 26, 2016. It thus fulfills the requirements to offer closed-ended investment funds within the meaning of the KAGB to private, semi-professional and professional investors. \n

Years of experience in project development, sales, and particularly in the management of real estate assets form the profound platform for delivering all necessary service components as well as regulatory processes based on the German Investment Code (KAGB). Integration into the Hahn Group allows access to the comprehensive range of services within the framework of a holistic business model.\n <\/p>\n
