Protection of investors' interests takes top priority at DeWert Deutsche Wertinvestment GmbH. Naturally this includes complaints raised by our investors.
For this reason we have implemented our own complaint management system. This ensures that all issues raised by our investors are dealt with competently and promptly, irrespective of how a complaint may have reached us.
Our complaint management system records issues which cannot be answered ad-hoc as they arise. Our aim is to resolve all complaints within five working days.
We invite our investors to contact us at any time if they are dissatisfied with our service. We endeavour to make continual improvements and to develop a satisfactory solution for every inconsistency.
