ACQUISITION OF RETAIL PROPERTIES
The Hahn Group is constantly on the lookout for new properties and sites for the future expansion of its property portfolio.
We are looking for properties across Germany with a focus on the states in western Germany, although economically strong growth regions in the eastern German states are also of interest to us.
Retail properties must be located in the centre of an urban district or in a city centre, have good transport connections and a high level of visibility and a sufficient number of car parking spaces available.
- Supermarkets and hypermarkets with a minimum usable area of at least 1,500 sq m
- Shopping centres and retail parks with a food anchor tenant
- DIY stores with garden centre and a minimum usable area of 8,000 sq m
- Investment volume: min. €7,5m per investment
