Directors' Dealings

In accordance with section 15a of the Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG - German Securities Trading Act) we are obliged to publish reports from members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board or their related parties about notifiable transactions involving HAHN-Immobilien-Beteiligungs AG shares or related financial instruments. The acquisition and disposale of shares or related financial instruments in the company have to be reported immediately to us and the "Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungen (BaFin)" and to be disclosed for the period of one month.
